H2M architects engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm has expanded in Florida and is seeking Engineers with experience designing Water Resources, Stormwater, and / or Wastewater systems to be a part of this exciting venture and join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
This position will have exposure to a variety of projects covering the full project life cycle from feasibility studies through design to construction and O&M, including:
- Drinking Water: source of supply, treatment, storage, and distribution projects
- Wastewater: collection, conveyance, and treatment processes, during schematic design, detailed design and design services during construction phases of projects.
- Civil / Site: site layout and design, including site grading and storm drainage, roadway design, water and sewer infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
Engineers who join our team will be expected to:
- Uphold the highest commitment to technical excellence, performing details engineering calculations & analysis
- Lead development of construction documents (plans and specification)
- Meet established budget and delivery schedules
- Coordinate execution projects with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm.
- Preparation of construction drawings and specifications for public bid.
- Build internal and external client relationships
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
- 5-7 years of related consulting and design experience.
- Strong client relations and technical writing skills
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior level staff.
- PE highly desired
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000 annually.

Note: The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
