Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Litigation Partner at Haber Law, P.A. located in Miami, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The Litigation Partner will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, overseeing legal staff, and providing expert legal advice to clients. Position requires extensive trial experience and / or a significant book of commercial litigation business.

Qualifications

• Law degree (J.D.) and active license to practice law in Florida
• Demonstrated experience as a Litigation Attorney or similar role, including extensive trial experience.
• Book of Business
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and laws
• Excellent research, analytical, technological, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Demonstrated track record of successful litigation cases, in particular in Federal Court and/or Complex Business Division
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with Community Association Litigation Matters valued, but not essential
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
