We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality data collection for research purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality systems in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Coordinate measuring machine operations for precise measurements when required.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits related to QA/QC processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and suggest improvements.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
