Habitat America, a rapidly expanding property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full time Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant for Windsor Valley Apartments in Edgewood, Maryland. Windsor Valley is a large 574 unit multi-family tax-credit/section 8 apartment and townhome community in the heart of Harford County.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2 years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, recertification of residents and other office duties.
