What You'll Do:
- Oversee all phases of new home and rehab construction
- Coordinate site prep, permitting, subcontractors, and inspections
- Lead volunteers, partner families, and staff on build sites
- Maintain safety, code compliance, and quality across all projects
- Collaborate on schedules and construction calendars
- Support warranty repairs and post-build communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in residential construction project management
- Multi-family construction experience a plus
- Familiarity with energy-efficient building (ENERGY STAR, PassiveHouse, Net Zero, LEED )
- Interest or experience in emerging construction methods: ICF, SIPs, modular, 3D printing
- Skilled in coordinating trades, timelines, and team leadership
- Comfortable leading volunteers and mentoring less experienced staff
- Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work on active sites
- Background check required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
