Summary
The responsibilities of the ReStore Warehouse and Community Relations Supervisor include, but are not limited to ensuring superior customer service, effective communication with donors, supervision of entire ReStore warehouse functions and coordination of donation pickups.
Job Type: This is a full-time, 40/hour per week position with minimal overtime. The normal days and hours for this position are Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities
- Greet donors and customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner on the phone and in person and inspire all warehouse personnel to understand and use the same professional, friendly and courteous attitude
- Supervise the Donation/Warehouse Coordinator and Donation Ambassadors/Drivers
- Serve as back-up cashier for sales transactions when needed
- Coordinate, delegate and supervise tasks for ReStore Volunteers
- Coordinate scheduling of donation pickups including effective/timely mapping and directions of picks up for Donations Ambassadors/Drivers
- Manage pricing of incoming merchandise and deployment to the sales floor in a timely manner
- Ensure general housekeeping and safety in the warehouse
- Participate in regular ReStore staff meetings
- Coordinate with ReStore Assistant Director to insure positive interaction between all staff members
- Ensure completion of assigned task lists
- Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment
- Coordinate with management to ensure we have adequate dumpster capability to operate
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Graduate/GED with some relevant experience preferred
Special Position Requirements
- Ability to be insured by HFHSTW’s automobile insurance carrier
- Valid Driver’s License
- Possess a current valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class D) with the experience and skills necessary to drive, maneuver and safely operate any 16’ to 26’ straight truck, preferred
