We are seeking to expand our team of Veterinary Professionals! Do you have the power to light up a room and connect with people through kind words and a smile? Are you a proficient multi-tasker that is adaptable to change?
If so, we are looking for you to join our team of Veterinary Receptionists. Habitat Veterinary Hospital is a busy small animal practice that values the importance of a positive and courteous attitude in the workplace! As the first person to engage with our clients, we depend on you to ensure a pleasant and professional experience for every client and patient with a smooth and orderly flow of care from the start to finish of their visit. You will be responsible for the overall client experience which includes; greeting and checking in patients, answering telephone calls, taking and delivering messages, scheduling appointments and collecting payments. All of this, while keeping the spirit of teamwork within the entire staff alive and thriving!
We are looking for someone who is happy to work Saturdays and is flexible as we are open until 6pm on weekdays and from 9-4pm on Saturdays. Veterinary receptionist and ezyVet software experience preferred but not required.
