This position is part of the North America Field Service Team located in Northern California and will be remote.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $30.00 - $32.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

We offer:
- Comprehensive 10-week training period - 8 weeks in the field working side by side with a dedicated trainer & 2 weeks classroom-based training in Loveland, CO.
- After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand.

This position is part of the North America Field Service Team located in Northern California and will be remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Perform preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of instrumentation using established company standard work.
- Promotes a positive customer experience and serves as on-site customer contact for technical and service-related problems.
- Submits prompt, accurate service reports that affect billing, inventory, instrument history, and instrument failure.
- Follows safe work practices according to company policy.
- Executes administrative activities in support of service visits.
- 50-75% travel within a 2-hour radius of San Francisco, CA. You can expect to have up to, on average, 1-3 nights away each week with company-paid accommodations and meals.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Technical degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
- Mechanical aptitude is a must - experience with preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair helpful but not required.
- 2 or more years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles preferred.
- You are required to have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
