What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Administrator position at Hacienda Ford?
Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for maintaining customer and vendor accounts and making sure money is received timely and accurately. Our AR Administrators should work with other departments to verify and record transactions and resolve account discrepancies.
Reports To : Accounting Manager
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Respond to all client and departmental inquiries in a timely manner. Verify, research, and resolve client and departmental discrepancies and billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate, analyze, and report on AR aging analysis
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records and accurately input data into the DMS system

The Accounting Department is open during the following hours :
Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
