You will be a vital point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests, address inquiries, and build strong relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate with different departments within the dealership to coordinate appointments, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional guest service.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and personalized manner, actively listening to their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Utilize the dealership's CRM system to accurately document guest interactions, appointments, and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales departments, ensuring smooth appointment logistics.
- Proactively make outbound calls to guests for various purposes, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotions.
- Assist with online chats and email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to guest queries.
- Collaborate with other departments to promptly resolve guests' concerns or issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information and make personalized recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships through personalized engagement and exceptional service.

Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
