- Tooling Implementation: Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels in collaboration with client teams, adhering to Agile best practices.
What You’ll Bring with You:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments (preferably within the financial services sector).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, Everything-as-Code
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication: Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, SRE, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to work hybrid in their Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days per week
