Senior Backend Developer - Integrations

Position Overview:
Join us as we transform pharmacy benefits! As a Senior Backend Developer II, you’ll lead large-scale API integrations, data migrations, and cloud solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient backend systems using cloud technologies like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of backend solutions from design to production.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to implement API integrations and enhance product features.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems with Python, Flask, AWS Lambda, and ECS.
- Build and maintain robust APIs for internal and external use.
- Prioritize security and scalability in all backend development efforts.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in backend development with Python (Flask/SQLAlchemy).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS) and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (AWS, Terraform).
- Proficiency in Linux environments and testing frameworks (Playwright).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Base Salary: $150,000 - $170,000.
