Responsibilities
The Quality Data Analyst RN assists in measuring and analyzing clinical data to improve quality of patient care and cost-efficiency for the organization.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or commensurate experience.
- Current NJ State RN license
- 2 years’ experience in performance / quality improvement activities, and/or 1 year experience as a RN, and/or 2 years’ experience in healthcare analytics.
- Understands workflow and clinical documentation in relation to data collected.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness giving attention to details.
- Applies feedback to improve performance.
- Manages time and prioritizes effectively to achieve organizational goals.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ), Certified Professional in-Patient Safety (CPPS), or other relevant certification.
