Responsibilities
- The Front Line greeter serves visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Answer telephones, and respond to and send faxes.
- Directs visitors, employees, and patients appropriately.
- Must have strong communication skills and computer skills.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate.
- Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of office environment experience.
