Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our evening shift team on a PRN basis at Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center in Westwood, NJ.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and special laboratory procedures, including quality control and preventative maintenance.
- Conduct minor equipment repairs and inventory control.
- Compile statistical data and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with laboratory education, new employee training, and proficiency testing as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technician studies or a chemical, physical, or biological science associate degree.
- ASCP certification or equivalent; must be maintained without lapse during employment.
- Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles.
- Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist within a clinical laboratory.
