Hacker Architects is searching for an experienced Proposal Manager to join its marketing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Proposal and Pursuit Development :
- Monitor RFP databases and market intelligence to identify potential opportunities for the firm.
- Lead the development of proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP / RFQ requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate the collection and formatting of content from various departments (design, technical, leadership) to create cohesive, high-quality proposals.
- Develop and maintain templates, processes, and standards for proposals and interviews, ensuring consistent and professional presentation.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation process for interview teams, ensuring alignment on schedules, organizing practice sessions, and providing necessary resources and guidance to optimize performance during project interviews
- Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client or project, highlighting the firm's strengths and relevant experience.
