What Youll Do
As a Heavy Civil Estimator, youll play a critical role in our pre-construction process, helping to win work and set our project teams up for success. Youll prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals across a wide range of civil projects including:
Subdivision developments
Commercial site development
Municipal roadways and utility work
UDOT projects
Youll collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong start for every job.
What Were Looking For
We're seeking a professional with a proven track record in heavy civil estimating. The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced: Minimum of 3 years in heavy civil construction estimating
Detail-Oriented: You catch the things others missaccuracy matters
Organized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with:
B2W estimating software
AGTEK or INSITE earthwork takeoff tools
ComputerEase (accounting software)
Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, improve, and grow
Team-Focused: You work well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ethical & Professional: Integrity and accountability are non-negotiable
