Summer Internship Opportunities – Development Project Management and Estimating Department
We are currently hiring for three summer internship positions within our Development Project Management and Estimating Department. These internships are open to both part-time and full-time availability and will run for approximately 4–5 months over the summer. Interns will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in their respective fields.
Qualifications
Jr. Estimator Intern (Summer Internship)
Department: Estimating
Duration: 4–5 months (Summer 2025)
Schedule: Open to Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
We’re looking for a motivated Construction Management or related major to join our Estimating team this summer. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with takeoffs, pricing, bid packages, and pre-construction workflows.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist Estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Learn to read construction plans and specs
- Support bid preparation and subcontractor outreach
- Help maintain project documentation and templates
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Construction Management or similar program
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Basic understanding of construction drawings is a plus
Jr. Project Manager Intern (Summer Internship)
Department: Project Management
Duration: 4–5 months (Summer 2025)
Schedule: Open to Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Join our Development Project Management team as a Jr. Project Manager Intern. You’ll shadow and assist Project Managers throughout the summer, gaining exposure to real-world job-site and office experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support PMs with schedules, submittals, and RFIs
- Participate in project meetings and document notes
- Help manage and organize project data and timelines
- Learn about permitting, procurement, and client coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled in a Construction Management or related program
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Self-starter who works well in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and construction software a plus
Product Manager Intern (Summer Internship)
Department: Development / Project Management Software Implementation
Duration: 4–5 months (Summer 2025)
Schedule: Open to Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $21–$25 per hour
We’re looking for a forward-thinking intern with a passion for product development and problem-solving. This role will support the successful implementation of a new Project Management software by working closely with stakeholders across IT, Accounting, and Project Management divisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Define and document feature requirements, collaborating with engineers and designers to bring them to life.
- Support the product development lifecycle, from idea to launch, ensuring features are delivered effectively.
- Assist in design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Develop product marketing strategies, including messaging and positioning for new features.
- Analyze product data and feedback to inform decisions and optimize user experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across IT, Accounting, and Project Management divisions.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field (or relevant experience/interest)
