Our range of precision cutting equipment includes CNC water jets, band saws, plate saws, and shears.

Position Summary: 

Motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our Bensalem, PA metal service center during evening and weekend shifts. This key role ensures that all warehouse operations are running efficiently, safely, and within company guidelines. The Warehouse Manager will supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of metal products, inventory, and lead a team of warehouse personnel, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 2:00PM-11:00PM & weekends 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational procedures including shipping/receiving, disposition of materials, and warehouse inventory.
• Maintain, develop, and implement efficient warehouse procedures to maximize productivity.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. 
• Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork and professional development. 
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. 
• Implement and enforce proper handling, storage, and disposal procedures for metals and other materials. 
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality for all products and processes. 
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order statuses, and warehouse activities. 
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and areas of improvement. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in a metal distribution or manufacturing environment. 
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations. 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong math and measuring skills, including fractions, decimals, and use of micrometers and other measuring tools. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
