Overview:
The Sr. Digital Experience Specialist will support the digital site experience across all ecommerce channels to promote pristine external brand presence to the end consumer, including basic and enhanced content creation and distribution, user-generated content syndication, digital asset coordination, digital marketing & site navigation optimization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, findability, maximizing guest engagement, and frictionless shopping for responsible territory of accounts while leading direct report(s)
- Identify and capitalize on content opportunity through competitive research
- Maintain product expertise across all brands and/or categories to be a resource for customers and internal partners to drive digital growth
- Recap and present weekly digital performance across tiers where information is available
- Build lasting omni-channel experiences across select tiers of ecommerce
- Influence content direction for regional and global cross-functional marketing teams and external partners
- Oversee Ratings & Reviews partnerships to improve overall brand coverage and retailer adoption
- Manage third party software services to ensure maximized outputs
- Support brand and retailer presentations for digital sales and marketing
- Maintain and oversee the digital marketing and asset calendar for retailers and digital marketing, including all emails, ad campaigns, on site content updates, product launches, campaign launches for all brands and digital channels
- Create T&A Calendar to ensure consistent site auditing across all brands and retailers
- Influence Style Guides with disruptive photography approach, in collaboration with Digital Sales & Marketing by brand for multiple categories across all channels
- Recruit and retain a world class team, leading them through inspiration, motivation, and mentorship
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- 3-5 years of experience in online merchandising, or e-commerce executing customer-facing online experiences
- Retail or wholesale experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
