Job Overview
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is a part-time position and will assist with full-cycle recruitment, assist in the performance management process, coordinate special projects, and administer daily tasks within the Human Resources (HR) department.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee schedule process
- Maintaining departmental policies and programs
- Responding to employee inquiries
- Maintaining, storing, and securing staff records
- Tracking and organizing scheduled training and performance management
- Perform all other tasks as assigned
- Assist Upper Management as needed
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in human resources
- Strong people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License Required
