Job Overview

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is a part-time position and will assist with full-cycle recruitment, assist in the performance management process, coordinate special projects, and administer daily tasks within the Human Resources (HR) department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple locations
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Coordinate employee schedule process
  • Maintaining departmental policies and programs
  • Responding to employee inquiries
  • Maintaining, storing, and securing staff records
  • Tracking and organizing scheduled training and performance management
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned
  • Assist Upper Management as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in human resources
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver’s License Required
