Overview:
Responsible for onboarding a significant number of new elements into existing platforms. Require help with administrative tasks and associate engineering duties. The platforms can be Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, G Chat and Slack.
- Experience with network transport, firewalls, proxies, and APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and support abilities
