What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Administrative Assistant position at Hadley Energy Solutions?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous experience in an office setting to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Electrical business. Preferred experience working for a construction company. This position will require daily use of the following programs: Microsoft Office/Word/Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Foundation (Will require on the job training).
- Bookkeeping and billing using Foundation Accounting software.
- AR/AP
- AIA Invoicing
- Payroll
- Data entry using Microsoft Excel.
- Use Microsoft Office.
- Organize and keep up with paperwork.
- Receive deliveries.
- Greet guests and communicate with field employees in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling.
- Training will be performed during orientation period.

Salary: $14.00 to $20.00 /hour
