32 hours/week (Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

🎉 Host with a Smile – We believe shopping should feel like a celebration! You’ll bring a party-like atmosphere to the store, making every visit feel like an event, whether it’s through a big release day or an ordinary Wednesday.
📚 Product Expert & Trainer – You’ll know our pottery like the back of your hand (and we’ll make sure you do). You’ll train and inspire staff to understand the craftsmanship behind each piece, helping them share that passion with customers.
🔍 Detail-Driven & Organized – From managing inventory and custom orders to overseeing merchandising, you’ll ensure our Sales Room looks its best and operates smoothly.
💼 Leader & Motivator – You’ll lead the Sales Room team, driving productivity, tracking key sales metrics, and coaching staff to hit sales goals—all while keeping the energy high and the environment positive.
📈 Analytical Eye – We love creativity, but numbers matter too. You’ll analyze sales data (KPIs) and make smart, strategic decisions to enhance performance.

Experience We'd Love to See:
- 1-5 years in customer service
- Background in experiential retail, hospitality, or merchandising is a big plus!
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing inventory and custom order pipelines.
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic sales reporting.
- Bonus: Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or shipping logistics (we’ll cross-train you in these areas!).
