Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for pest control tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to educate them on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
- Operate farm machinery as needed for specific pest control applications in larger outdoor areas.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support collaboration efforts in promoting pest control services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, and general maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
