We're looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales who's eager and passionate about joining Hadley, a startup that's redefining the 529 plan as the next-generation savings tool for every American household. Think “Venmo meets 529s” — our app empowers families to save for education, retirement, student loans, and more. As a public benefit corp, we partner with employers to offer a fully integrated solution, including payroll deductions and employer matching. That's where you come in.
The Head of Sales will help create and execute the playbook of making 529's the next 401k. The Head of Sales will work closely with the CEO to prospect and win enterprise contracts, getting companies to offer 529 Benefits to their employees. Hadley exists to help workers save meaningfully with 529 Plans, which offer versatile benefits for retirement, disability costs, student loans, and education (K-12 through grad school). Plus, 529 funds transfer tax-free across generations, creating wealth-building opportunities that transcend traditional savings models.
