Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in a vibrant setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and recommend menu items.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cocktail recipes, and new products to enhance the beverage menu.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a nightclub or bar setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
