Support the facility's Lean cultural transformation by working on specific assignments and elements of the Lean deployment plan. Some of these activities include deploying and/or sustaining programs and initiatives such as the Quick and Easy Kaizen (QEK), 5S Safety, Standard Work, Total Productive Maintenance, Gemba Walk, and others.

Project Description
Support the facility's Lean cultural transformation by working on specific assignments and elements of the Lean deployment plan. Some of these activities include deploying and/or sustaining programs and initiatives such as the Quick and Easy Kaizen (QEK), 5S Safety, Standard Work, Total Productive Maintenance, Gemba Walk, and others.
Project Deliverables
- Help with the logistic process to run the QEK program effectively.
- Standardize selected processes to document takt time, cycle time, and line balancing calculations as they relate to products' sales forecast and output capacity planning.
- Deploy and/or sustain lean accountability tools to drive Continuous Improvement within all lean deployed dimensions.
