This can include our end user support, network technology, productivity tools, email services, directory services, servers and hosting services. The role will provide technology direction and ensure high level of service to the organization and develop and optimize support plans for the various infrastructure technologies.Essential Duties : Select and manage technology partners to extend the capabilities of the team. Lead critical incident response for infrastructure issues. Drive root cause analysis.Build high performing teams and develop talent fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvementIdentify priorities and develop goals for team. Manage projects and deliverables to deliver projects on schedule, based on organizational needs, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with the organization’s goals.Set and manage spending with high levels of budget adherence.Create Key Performance Indicators and measure and report to the organization.Partner with Cybersecurity organization to architect solutions with security mindsetPartner with business organization to understand needs and develop solutions.Oversee digital transformation efforts, integrating new technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantageManage the user experience across all end-user touchpoints, ensuring timely and effective support, including help desk services, IT infrastructure, and application support.Skills and Experience : 10 years in Infrastructure management for a global organization.Proven experience in project and / or program management.Solid leadership skills with positive influence, and the ability to drive change.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influenceProven track record of successful collaboration in a highly matrixed organization.Experience building, leading & motivating high performing teams in a fast‐paced environment.Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation, and planning skills.Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage the workload of projects and tasks and work under time constraints.Team player.
