Job Summary
We are seeking a Boat Detail Manager to lead our detailing team in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of our fleet. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of boat detailing services, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of detailers responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining boats and marina equipment.
- Ensure all detailing services meet company standards, including washing, waxing, interior cleaning, and engine bay detailing.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of the detailing staff.
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
- Collaborate with marina staff and customers to provide outstanding service.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental guidelines for cleaning products and waste disposal.
- Monitor and achieve revenue performance goals set by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in boat detailing, marine services, or auto detailing management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of detailing techniques, cleaning products, and protective coatings.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment and supplies as needed.
- Valid driver's license (boating certifications are a plus).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a showroom, shop, or outdoor marine environment.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to work an average of 45 hours per week.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, which may include weekends, nights and holidays.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods.
- Able to react to changing demands to meet business and customer needs.
- May require occasional lifting or moving of heavy items related to parts or equipment.
