Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing as required.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Google Suite applications.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized at all times.
- Support team members with various projects as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in calendar management and customer service practices is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage files and office operations effectively.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
