Duties
- Conduct warm calls to existing leads and potential clients to introduce our offerings.
- Perform outbound calling to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with warm calling techniques and outbound calling strategies.
- Familiarity with business development processes and market analysis is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
