We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste while enhancing productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for meeting production goals and customer demands.
