Duties

- Coordinate heavy lifting operations and ensure proper handling of materials throughout the pipeline.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Train and supervise staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role within the oil and gas industry or related fields.
