What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Assistant Manager position at Hagbergs Country Market Inc?
Duties include providing excellent customer service through managing and leading one of the busiest departments in our store. We are looking for someone who is able to provide clear and consistent direction and expectation to employees. Establish written job assignments. Ensures foodservice area, equipment, and utensil cleanliness meet company and health regulations standards. Ensures all employees adhere to dress code, appearance, and health requirements. Provides timely motivational feedback and coaching to employees. Monitors orders to insure in-stock efficiency. Reviews fresh food forecasting to ensure maximizing of sales while maintaining acceptable food cost.
