Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of real estate contracts and transaction management who is looking for a flexible, dynamic role. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth operations behind the scenes and support our real estate agents throughout the entire transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management:
- Coordinate and process all necessary paperwork for real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Ensure all documents are properly executed and submitted on time, including contracts, amendments, disclosures, and other transaction-related paperwork.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring all required actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Social Media & Marketing Support:
- Post updates on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote listings, under contract status, and closed sales.
- Assist in preparing content for real estate marketing materials, newsletters, or website updates.
- Office Management:
- Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure everything is stocked and organized.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately, providing customer service when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings or appointments.
- Other Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support as needed to help ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with agents and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and timely transaction completion.
- Assist in preparation for events
Required Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or extensive experience in real estate contracts and transactions.
- Proven experience with real estate transaction coordination, including familiarity with the necessary paperwork and timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using real estate software (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, etc.) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office manager or administrative support role.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and social media best practices.
- Active Real Estate License
