What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Technician position at HAGO AUTOMOTIVE CORP?
Candidates should:
- Have at least four years of experience in factory equipment maintenance and automation.
- Have strong mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot electrical controls, motor circuits, drives, and robotics.
- Be able to trouble shoot and repair:
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems.
- Material handling equipment (conveyors, motors, chains/sprockets).
- Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Initiative to work unsupervised maintaining equipment and performing project improvements.
- Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
Equipment Technician will:
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and environmental policies.
- Assure machines are in good working condition and maintenance guidelines are followed.
- Have some PLC knowledge for ability to trouble shoot signals (sensors) to PLC components.
- Cut, weld and fabricate; Small metal fabrication tasks including MIG Welding-stick; (racks, carts, guards and similar items).
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma plus 4 years of industrial maintenance experience; preferred post high school technical training in an industrial maintenance community/technical college.
Pre-employment maintenance skills test will be administered.
