Tool Repair & Counter Sales Role
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a schedule of timely tool repair
- Managing the repair of several tools at the same time
- Greeting customers and helping them find the right tool for their job
- Answering the phone and helping with customer phone inquiries
- Writing up orders and processing payments
- Expediting special orders and backorders
- Assisting with the daily operations and upkeep of the business (counter, showroom, warehouse)
- Restocking the showroom when new merchandise arrives
- Resetting, cleaning, and general maintenance of the showroom displays (pricing, display tool assembly, etc.)
- Promoting The Scott's Hill Hardware brand of excellent customer service via always presenting yourself in a professional manner
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of tool and repair processes
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills
