Job Summary:
The Parts Sales Associate is responsible for parts sales, customer service, and inventory within the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Help customers with parts needs.
- Make phone calls to push parts sales, follow up on leads.
- Contact vendors to search for parts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience with CDK/ADP
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Prior experience with parts sales, preferably in the automotive/trailer industry.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted due to weight and size of trailer tarps and brake drums.
