Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the acquisition of non-ferrous scrap metals, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and grow partnerships with international and domestic suppliers. This includes consistent communication and regular travel to meet end objectives.
- Employ negotiation skills that combine the characteristics of a professional relationship and a well-developed strategy.
- Deliver outstanding service focused on client needs to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends within the non-ferrous metals markets.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for generating new sources and sales of raw material.
- Continuously enhance understanding of the scrap metal markets, including various trading tools like terminal markets, swaps, tolls, formula pricing, hedging, etc.
