Hailiang Copper Texas Inc. is a brand new company for copper tube processing with a 500,000-square-foot size plant. The project plan is to build three copper tube production lines. The main products are industrial pipes, pancake pipes for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry and some small-caliber waterways for the construction industry.

We are a brand new company for copper tube processing with plenty of opportunities. We are looking for Quality Control Inspectors to join our team.
We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our team and ensure that our product meets the highest standards of quality. They will be responsible for inspecting products, materials, and components for defects or deviations from specifications, as well as verifying that all procedures are being followed correctly.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, inspect and assure the quality of the product
- Process parameters inspection
- Participate in problem solving teams
- Monitor the yield and the non-conformant product
- Follow up on the accomplishment of the technical requirements, inspection documents, visual aids and control plan for the product
- Inspect the raw materials used to manufacture the product
Skills
- Familiarity of imperial and metric measuring systems
- Familiarity of measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers and dial bore gauges
- Ability to interpret drawing and tolerances
- Ability to inspect and analyze visual defects
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-2008 standard requirements
