## Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
To perform their role effectively, receptionists must have knowledge of products and services offered by the company and must also be able to provide correct answers to questions from clients.
The receptionist also has the role of making sure clients do not leave the salon with a negative feeling by finding out from them how they were treated while at the salon
Receive customer feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution.
Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended too
Assist supervisors us need.
Schedule: 5 or 6 days per week, including Saturdays
- Ability to work 38-45 hours per week, including Saturdays.
At the moment the Hours is: Mon-Fri 9:30am-7pm, Sat 9:30am-4pm
## Duties
- Be able to learn and use our management software
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
- Perform administrative duties to manage the day-to-day operations of your store
- Greet and welcome all guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Explain to clients about our services and procedures and assist on any questions
- Schedule clients and send and file the forms sistem
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and email others
- Field incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer general questions
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records
- Send appointments Reminders to all the appointments.
- Make outgoing calls to clients for consultation follow-up and notification of promotions and events (no cold calling)
- Check in clients and assist clients on completing the sing in forms
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Keep the reception and other areas tidy and presentable
- Cleaning keepup reception area front door, restrooms and other areas
- Support staff with clinic needs such as; treatment room upkeep, event support, and salon upkeep
- Managing calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Frequently organize calendar and schedule times so the schedule is efficiently

## Skills
- Experience working in a spa/salon office or similar environment is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills and on management Schedule software
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Ability to type accurately and be able to check out clients and do calculations
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
