Learn and support Accounting Operations: Gain practical knowledge of accounting, assist with month-end close process, assist with preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, observing different aspects of financial reporting, assisting with internal audits, and general accounting and analyzing reports. |

Learn and support Finance Planning and Analytics: Learn and analyze accounting reports. |

Research and deliver Strategic Business Project: Work collaboratively with other interns to research, analyze and recommend a solution to a business challenge. Present business solution to Executive Committee to influence implementation within HairClub. |

Learn and demonstrate HairClub’s Culture and Leadership Development: Learn about our HairClub Member Experience at a signature HairClub Center. Gain leadership perspective in our Executive Committee Roundtables. Participate in a HairClub Cares community service event. Deliver a Finance Day-In-the-Life presentation to intern cohort. |

Support Accounting Administration: Assist with Finance administrative responsibilities. Assist with Finance data analytics. |
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:
• Collaborate with intern cohort on key intern learning events, assignments and projects
• Collaborate with Accounting team to develop and deliver Day-In-The-Life presentation, group project and Accounting project(s)
• Work with key HairClub stakeholders to deliver business strategic project
• Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting department and recommend changes to improve procedures/systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Student enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
