MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:

Develop & Lead Creative Strategies: Design and develop responsive and intuitive online layouts that effectively communicate the benefits of our hair restoration services. Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to conceptualize and refine design ideas before implementation while ensuring consistent branding and visual elements across all digital platforms. Optimize website performance by considering loading times, graphics, and other elements to provide a seamless browsing experience. Support the creation of marketing materials, such as banners, graphics, and visuals for online campaigns. |

Perform Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the company's goals, brand identity, and target audience to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs. You will implement designs, providing necessary assets and guidance to ensure accurate execution. Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and improvements to keep content relevant and accurate. Monitor web analytics to track user behavior, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions. |

Content Development: Assist in content creation for web, video, collateral, and all marketing initiatives. Work closely with Director of Digital Marketing to ensure that the website content is optimized for search engines and follows SEO best practices. Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance user experience. |
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital projects
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website updates and maintenance.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of design experience
