The Graphic Designer will establish design needs, project scope, and execute all aspects of production while maintaining brand standards. The Graphic designer will work closely with the Traditional and Digital Marketing teams to support design needs and company goals.

The Graphic Designer will establish design needs, project scope, and execute all aspects of production while maintaining brand standards. The Graphic designer will work closely with the Traditional and Digital Marketing teams to support design needs and company goals.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design compelling and cohesive creative assets across a wide range of digital and print mediums, including but not limited to digital advertising, printed materials (such as flers, brochures, etc.), email campaigns, social media, website graphics, and more.
- Develop and maintain graphic-focused print and digital projects including web design and digital content
- Transform briefs into visually engaging, high-impact designs that achieve strategic goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Integrate stakeholder feedback to refine and elevate deliverables while adhering to creative guidelines and project timelines.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including capturing, editing, and producing visual content.
- Create Powerpoint templates and other graphics for meeting materials that will be distributed to internal departments, outside sales team, and upper management
- Researches, identifies and interacts with multiple vendors and resources as needed to produce assets for marketing initiatives
- Continuously watch and explore industry trends, read relevant blogs and design sites and share fresh ideas through mood boards, design inspiration, and creative proposals.
- Develop and maintain in-house library of all electronic, master files
- 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Reliable, highly organized, motivated, and able to excel in a deadline-oriented work environment
- Strong multi-tasking and ability to move among several projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources to develop graphic designs that meet company goals
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DreamWeaver, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
