We are looking for a leader in sales and recruitment to be the Face of HALCYON HOME in the Central Texas community.
You will be a part of our Halcyon recruitment team opening the door to jobs for caregivers with our private pay concierge home care division. At Halcyon, we’ve created something special, a better place to work and a wonderful place to grow professionally. In the role, you will make connections with the higher education sites, plan and attend job fairs, and most importantly, build connections in central Texas demonstrating Halcyon is the best place to work for all! Most of your time will be spent on recruitment calls, interviews, attending events, presenting to classrooms, and organizing community activities. You will be recruiting caregivers for both day and night shifts, varying in length from one hour to 12 hours. Personal care for clients may include:
- companionship
- ambulating
- bathing/dressing
- toileting
- light housekeeping
- meal preparation
