Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday Payroll
📍 Hybrid – Houston, TX (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
💰 Up to $135K 5% Bonus
A Fortune 300 client of ours is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to take the lead on their US Workday Payroll configuration, automation, and issue resolution with them implementing Workday in a months time. This role is a great opportunity to own Payroll enhancements post-implementation and contribute to UK Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent implementations in the near future.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead Workday Payroll configuration, automation, and optimizations
✔ Be the main point of contact for Payroll issues and enhancements
✔ Work closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to streamline processes
✔ Play a key role in future UK Payroll and Recruiting implementations
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3 years of Workday Payroll configuration experience
🔹 Strong understanding of Payroll processes, automation, and integrations
🔹 Ability to work independently and drive solutions
🔹 Confident communicator and strong collaborator
