HRIS Specialist
Location: Southwest Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency within our HR systems. Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and system updates.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with vendors for system improvements.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Train HR and other stakeholders on HRIS functionality and best practices.
- Support payroll, benefits, and talent management modules within the system.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HRIS experience (Paylocity experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, reporting tools, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Must reside in Houston, TX.
- Onsite position in Southwest Houston – no remote work available.
