We are working with an industry-leading manufacturing company known for its innovative culture and operational excellence. They are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst SME with a specialization in the Recruiting module to support their growing needs across North America, Latin America, and Mexico.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SME for the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring system enhancements align with business goals.
- Provide tier 3 support for complex Workday Recruiting tickets, while managing escalations from outsourced tier 1 and tier 2 teams.
- Optimize and enhance the Workday Recruiting system, driving process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Lead small-scale projects, including defining project scope, managing timelines, and delivering updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide system insights.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between end users and VP-level stakeholders with clear and effective communication.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor recruiting performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 years of Workday experience, with in-depth expertise in the Recruiting module.
- Proven ability to support and enhance Workday Recruiting functionalities beyond ticket management.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading smaller-scale projects and managing deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization, from end users to executive leadership.
