What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst position at St. Paul's Senior Services?
This is an on-site position in our San Diego corporate office. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00AM -4:30PM.
Basic Function: As the subject matter expert for our Human Capital Management (HCM) system, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing valuable insights to support our HR and Payroll operations and strategic initiatives. This role will work with our HR and Payroll customers and other stakeholders to provide production support/troubleshooting, collaborate on process improvement requirements, assists with testing the effectiveness of developed solutions, and drives adoption of new functionality and business processes through training support
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, configuration, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives, HR, and Payroll staff.
Utilize XML and HTML for system customization, integrations, and enhancements
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT Teams to integrate Dayforce with other business systems and applications.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

Familiarity with HR and Payroll policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration (Dayforce preferred, other systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, etc.)
Strong experience with security configurations and role-based access control.
Proven ability to manage and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Experience building conditional workflows and forms in XML, strongly preferred
Third party application support experience preferred
Salary : $91,500 - $137,300
